They sometime request verification suddenly,but the main issue might be the use of stolen creditcards or bank accounts and then getting "chargeback" that they might most likely take from the receiving user's balance.

Skrill has no chargeback but they don't allow currency exchanges. So what to do for our safety?

-Just create multiple accounts
-Use your subaccounts to deal with strangers
-Collect or distribute to/from your real account


I've been exchanging for a while and haven't encountered with any problems.

Unverified accounts have a outgoing transfer limit of 1000 euros. So be careful not to send more money to a unverified account.

Also I don't think they will find out that you are an exchanger unless you posted your details somewhere.
