I'm in the UK, and I used to use MT Gox... now using Britcoin.... it takes about 3 days to have the money transferred to my UK bank account.
If you're in the UK, I highly recommend Britcoin, otherwise MT Gox or Tradehill.
Not a good time to sell though, BTC price is dropping pretty fast.

I don't know how to sell. How long does it gets until I get paid by bank wire? Does it works on weekends? Should I wait for monday, maybe also get a better price? Do I have to have an USD bank account? I have only an EUR one.
