Thank you all, what I understand is that i am expected to give my name also along with UPI ID for selling btc or else no one is ready to trade in phonepe.
It would have been better if you would have posted your userid here so that we could take a look into your profile on paxful and point out why you didn't get any response.

Particularly about Phonepe you just need to give your Phonenumber which is linked with your bank account or just UPI ID as others mentioned above.
AFAIK Phonepe is a UPI payment for Indian (INR), so if you want to receive via Phonepe you need to gave your recepient UPI ID to the buyer.
If you haven't it, you need to create your UPI ID first from your bank account.

First, what form of payments are you expecting from the buyer. if it is a fiat payment then you have to set your bank account on the exchange you used to sell your bitcoin, so the buyer can send the payment to your bank account.
