ok but when I can ship with simple things and than after it recieve the item on with tracking number and send me photo that it receive the item i will send the BTC. Can i do with this method on ebay?

You're trying to find a loophole in the rules, don't.

If you sell bitcoin for Paypal you'll always be at risk of charge back.

This. Best is to really kiss that idea of selling BTC through eBay goodbye. There are just too many scammers out there, and I only know of very, very few instances which got resolved properly. It's just too attractive for scammers. Just don't do it. :-)
Yeah, all the bitcoin I see on Ebay is also so overpriced it's ridiculous.  Worse than wesellcrypto.com. Seems like it'd be ideal for sellers if they can actually get those prices, but I have a feeling a lot of that crap doesn't sell.  And then yeah, the chargeback risk with PayPal is always in effect, just like it is on this forum.  And we know how attractive PP is to scammers.

Avoid for selling bitcoin through ebay, it's can be a good way for scammer for scamming you. there are no shipped goods and the scammer can send you a chargeback. and there is the another correct place for selling your bitcoin and go away, dude. or you will get a new problem from there.

Don't bother trying to sell a physical good with an address containing bitcoins because spammers can easily get around that and PayPal or the credit card company won't look into it at all because you aren't supposed to be selling non tangible goods in the first place. Just don't use eBay!

Hi i want help to know how sell BTC on ebay to don't get chargeback from Scam?
Because i sell some of my btc and i get chargeback from them.
What rules can i learn to don't get chargeback and to prove the paypal that is a scam
My one alternative is to sell with a small item like pen for example and get tracking number is a good alternative to not get scam from buyers??

Why don't you sell directly through an exchange? You'll get realtime rates and can set a limit order so you get the price you want.

Additionally, I tried this idea in the past. I sold ebooks. Didn't work out too well. I was scammed badly.
