How to send ERC20 & ETH to multiple address in 1 transaction with [BulkSender]

Just to bring this dapp to this forum since I knew that there are many users will use this app and this especially bounty managers who usually accept erc20 tokens in distributing bounties. You can see this txid as for my proof that I used this app. I asked this questions days ago here but seems no one knows that this app exists, but there is this multisender.app with same features but I didn't get success and the app seems not working to me.

I'll try to post here the instructions from their github repo and all necessary details.

So, How to use this dapp:

Install MetaMask.
Make sure you have an account in MetaMask which has a token balance.
Make sure your MetaMask is pointed to the network that you would like to use.
Make sure your MetaMask account is unlocked.
Go to https://bulksender.app
Wait for the full page to load.
Select a token from the dropdown that you would like to send.
Provide either EXCEL or CSV or TXT file with addresses and values.
Click next.
You need to approve a enough amount to our contract.
Once the approve transaction is complete, click Next, go to the Send List, click Send, MetaMask will automatically generate a transaction for your token (200 addresses per transaction).
Done!

You can test this tool on Ropsten test network, if you want to make sure that everything will work as expected.
