Which token you want to distribute and upload List of Addresses in CSV File like (Excel, PDF, Doc) You can also copy past wallet and token amount on box bellow.

You have to rely on multisender app like said above for sending mass payment because like bitcoin wallet electrum, there's no pay to many direct option for BSC.

There have been lots of developers using both to distribute airdrop tokens to their airdrop participants. You can try to use it to send x amount of token to the lots of addresses at once but i think that you must have divided it into some parts just like 100 x 5 transactions maybe. It can be used to send up to 100 addresses at once
