Ok, you can't actually change your tokens for other tokens, in etherdelta you have the option deposit, do that, sell your tokens for eth(you need some eth for gas fee for every action that you make on etherdelta) and then buy Kin or any other token you are interested for, if you have any more questions just pm me.

First you need to fill some Gas in your MEW. Senmd Some ethers in your MEW account because you need them for every out going transaction.
Secondly add that token by clicking ADD CUSTOM TOKENS. You need to put the correct contract address, symbol, and decimal for it. and then click on load tokens, select that token you want to sent out, and then put the address. fill the number of tokens you want to send out. and hit the transaction.
