I've had good results with Opencart.  You have to use version 1.4.9 if you want to use the public bitcoin plugin though.

Greetings.
I am interested in setting up a shop selling physical goods in exchange for bitcoins.
I have been looking at http://www.oscommerce.com/ And was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of other software before I start.
Also storefront that allows me to pull my data from my eBay store would be wonderful.
