I'm not familiar in both of those CM website but it's best if you'll take out all files related to them, immediately.
Uninstall the programs and clear temps file to avoid any upcoming update. There'll maybe chances that it will be updated to run quietly which could take a lot of impact on your pc's performance (since it is a mining app).
For the finishing touches, check your account settings if there is a "close account" feature. Do it and make sure to unsubscribe also on updates/newsletter.

I've Signed up with a few cloud mining websites in last few weeks and found out that some of these sites are scam. So I want to permanently Delete my account from these scam sites and stop them from using My computer to mine for themselves. But I have not found out a way to do that. Please someone help me Delete my account from these scam sites.

I'm talking about Bitminer.io and Multiminning.website.

They aren't using your computer to mine for themselves. Program based.

Just don't used them, that's it. Their offered tier is really a common offer of a ponzi scheme. You just gived them your bitcoin address (not an account thing or something ) and they can't do anything with that address. You can also used different address.

Hope that will clear.

I wonder which sites you are talking about, and how could they mine for themselves? Are they using your PC to mine for themselves?Would you mind to mention the cloudmining sites? Maybe someone has the same experience with you and may help you to fully disconnect you from the site.

If you haven't made any investment than you might not loss anything form such scam cloud mining sites but if you are talking about sites which will mine using your CPU than you should close all your browsers and programs from taskbar and uninstall any software you have downloaded form the site.

To provide you clear answer, you should post atleast site URL.

Have you invested there to rent the hash power or buy the contract from them? If you done that you will not take the returns from the cloud site. Most of the cloud site you may find the option to report and lock your account. If there check the dashboard settings and change it accordingly.
Fake site will not able to access you computer to mine until you access to the site and start mining with the online app. So simply ignore and not reach to that site also will be perfect for your expectation.
I was about to invest before I found out they are scam sites. I started mining for free with my bitcoin wallet address. I will try to block my account from dashboard and also email the support. Thanks!

Sounds, like he went to malicious sites with mining through browser. You should clean your browser (cookies etc) deinstall software and run antivirus software.
Legit cloudminers don't use your PC, because they provide the hardware.
You will generally not be able to delete your account on scam sites. If you used one password for all accounts (hope you didn't) as you have on your legit accounts (email, onlinewallets, bitcointalk etc), you should change your passwords immidiately.
