Yes. Fix the problems before you try to improve. Improving without fixing, seems difficult to do.
Likewise, I've had more troubles than I'd like to mention, mostly just transaction and viewing speed though. Don't get me wrong, it's a great exchange and I love their reporting tools and charts, and how everything is so integrated, but they need to boost their manpower/machine power, they've got too many users to be jeopardized lol.
