so i dont instll QT anywhere ele than 1 comp.
then i use miners [on comps without qt] with:
bfgminer.exe -o http://127.0.0.1:6666 -u user -p pass
and thats it? will my entwork even see that port as usable?

Why would your network NOT see the port?
You're really over-thinking this, it's simple.I don't get that IP, but then IPs confuse me regularly. Wouldn't you use the IP of the computer that had the wallet running on it?
The computer running bitcoin qt itself will use localhost aka 127.0.0.1
