With cgminer, list pools with the quota command in conjunction with --load-balance. See the included README for quota information in the section QUOTAS.

Some pools offer split payouts based on %.  For example, ghash allows "shareholder" payouts where you can designate % to go to each "shareholder."

This is what I'm assuming most if not all "share sellers" are doing.  There isn't really a method to split your hashrate per-se without using custom software.  You could calculate your average hash-rate over a given time, then the %, then split payment based off of that.  It's not hard to do in excel, so implementing it in a software interface won't be too difficult either.

Set floor at actual hash rate, set ceiling at advertised hash rate (in case your machine hashes faster than expected), and determine payout based on percentages.

ie - total mined in a given period / total average hash rate (if >= advertised) * hashrate of shareholder * (1 - hosting fee) = payout

I would like to split the hashrate of my mining rig. Either have a portion of it go to a different pool or the same pool with a different account (different wallet).

I have seen ebay accounts where people are selling a portion of their machine hashrate so I know it is possible, just not sure how to do it. I am running a BFL 30GH unit.
