there is a lot of ways or concept that can be use but first of all you'll need a developer team to make your own ico you cannot make alone and i'm sure to that but there is a way that can be use like working with the token market,they can also help for creating a new token and also you'll need security audit of token system and hosting it for rasisng your own funds and to distribute them
