Staking is usually done by holding your coins in a wallet and keeping it online all the time. While this might seem an easy process keeping wallet online 24x7 might be tedious if you don't maintain your PC well. Not any coin can be staked since there are some Proof os Stake(Pos) coins particularly for staking. Find a coin that is stable and gives out good returns from staking and then start the procedure. After the finding the coin, download it's wallet and then read their rules and procedures from their website or channel to start staking.

There is also an easy way to stake by keeping the PoS coins on an exchange called Coinsmarket. The exchange supports PoS coins and their wallet are online 24x7 which helps the coin to be staked by just holding it in the wallet. I have tried staking xgox coin in coinsmarket which was a good experience but then the price of the coin started decreasing and I sold all of those coins.

https://www.bitcoin.com/
I did see a discussion thread here once regarding setting up a bitcoin address with time lock so that those funds could not be accessed until the n time lock expired.
It was much harder to set up than i just explained but could be worth learning, anyone here know how to send a transaction is such away that may be willing to teach?

early you can find coin pos, next step you can requirement your coin time stake mature every day, every 3 hour or 1 hour,
its ok your filling your wallet with coin, before mature coin you can't send coin another wallet
if you send coin you can't get reward your stake coin

Hi guys! How to start stake any coin in my wallet? I buy some coins and send to my wallet and that is all? My coins after time starts to stake automatically???

No it need to mature first but you need to fully sync your wallet before the staking starts, your reward coins will be according to the percentage of the coin you bought,it's better to pick coins that has a good reward staking percentage..
