Hey, thanks for you answers, folks)

Yep, I've been inactive since quite a long ago, when I've started with buying BTC with coinpal @$2/apiece, if you remember.

KYC thing is okay with me, thanks for clarification.

Thanks for taking your time to look up my weird idioms))

Take care,

Someone from Meta board may be help me understand this:

Isn't strange that a newbie has an avatar ?? I thought this was limited for staff members who work in accounts recovery with Cyrius .

Back in the days newbies were allowed to add avatars.
The rule limiting uploading avatars to full members and above was introduced in April 2015.

Op is an old forum member [2011] and didn't post since June 2013 . There is a gap of 6 years at least so i doubt if he is even the same concepts we use ; anyone ever heard about the "underwater rocks" ?

Why did it have to be OKex? Or, why Korean exchange in general? IIRC all Korean exchange requires you to complete Level 1 verification as mentioned above, which at least requires telephone verification and you can't do that if you don't have a Korean phone number. Even the most buggy and fake exchange does that.

If you're looking for a non-KYC exchange for crypto trading, why not use Binance?

I mean, what do you need help with specifically?
You have to be a genius to understand his need. He is asking about "underwater rocks" in OKEX exchange .
I looked up for the meaning of "underwater rocks" idiom and I think the OP means "unexpected problems".

@OP are you trying to avoid the KYC that's why you don't want to transact with fiat? You'll have to complete at least level 1 verification before you can withdraw any asset.

Op , better to move your topic to Trading Discussion board using the "move" option in bottom of this page .

Probably buy some bitcoin through some reputable seller on LocalBitcoins[1], and move over the bought bitcoin to your OKEx wallet address.

While I'm not sure if OKEx Korea requires KYC, better get your documents ready just to be sure.

Hi folks,

What are underwater rocks there perhaps?

I plan to deposit/withdraw crypto only, if this helps.
