I doubt they'll answer. At best they'd probably ask you to wait or to send an email to support or whatever it is.

I don't know how you contact Huobi but I would suggest you read this write-up, (https://hackernoon.com/how-to-launch-your-ieo-guide-for-projects-list-of-exchanges-dcebca23bcac). There are some good recommendations, and probably might help you understand why it's taking time for Huobi to approved your application. Or you can ask Huobi themselves, I'm sure you know where to contact them. Maybe they are busy reviewing every projects in the pipeline and choosing the best so goodluck!!!.
