Thank you so much!  That was very generous of you to share. I finally got hold of someone in the AAVE chat support who told me the easiest and cheapest way to swap was to send the LEND to Binance and use their convert tool to automatically convert it to AAVE.

i just did a research to exchange them,

The process to migrate from LEND to AAVE is quite similar to a deposit. You just need to enter the Aave app and go to the migration portal. Then you need to execute 2 transactions to perform the migration:
1. Approve: This is a required transaction prior to the migration allowing the migration contract to move your LEND tokens to migrate them to AAVE. This transaction won't be required if you perform additional migration actions unless you revoke the approval.
2. Upgrade LEND to AAVE: This transaction performs the upgrade from LEND tokens to AAVE tokens. When confirmed, you will have your new AAVE tokens in your wallet.

cmiiw, i hope it can be helpful.

Can anyone please explain this to me?

I have some LEND stuck on an IEDOO wallet.   The only thing I have been able to figure out after countless hours on how to get it off of there, is that I can swap it for ETH within the wallet, but to do this is going to cost like 70% of the amount of the LEND I have.  And it's still a crapshoot with the amount of the fee, as I keep previewing the transaction and backing out, and trying again, to see how it varies, and have watched the fee % change by as much as 50% within minutes.

Is there not a way to still swap the LEND for AAVE at a 1:1 ratio?   I tried going to the AAVE telegram channel, there is no one from AAVE in there, just a bot, and countless scammers trying to trick me into disclosing my seed phrase. Some really sophisticated bastards too.   I also emailed their support, and after 2-3 days they have not even responded.  Very frustrating.
