For me changing seeds is the same as someone who will change the set of dices he's currently playing with in the real life, or changing the coin tossed at a heads or tails game. I'm not convinced it really changes probabilities and the likeliness of winning or losing at the end.

Changing seeds is actually mathematically positive since it opens door to a complete new set of games!
