I Pressed "unlock Wallet" in Settings.. but what is it actually doing then? Technically

To stake a LUX coins you must fully unlock your wallet fully or unlock for staking only.
After earning a reward form the mining address is automatically locking itself and 36 hours must pass before you can mine again block through the staking process. This process is also called the weight ( LUX coins that have matured in your wallet for the 36 hours or coins that are currently staking ).
