i dont know how this is possible. but if you dont want to cheat then you dont have to know it ....

seriously: this is an interesting question. how do managers check this? and how do they count the posts? ...

there have to be tools that automate things like that. maybe a camp-manager tells us how he is checking the amount of post, the length, avatar wearing, etc.

What is a "bottom signature"?

If you are talking about how long a bitcoin address has been kept untouched, that is easy to check from http://blockchain.info From there you can see when the first and last transactions were made...
