You can use multi online wallet, like Cryptonator, I think it is the best. The only negative side can be - sending and receiving addresses are different, so in some cases you can not use this multi wallet.  Wink

ICO? Not even once.
I use https://tab-trader.com mostly because it has widgets.

It's somewhat new and could be improved a lot but it's working fine and frequently updated.

I personally use Cryptonator. Why I love it is because it's available on mobile phone, so I can get it anywhere. Plus the integrated convertor (main purpose of the app) is very useful.

Any website that allows me to enter the amount of my multiple altcoins and shows me the total dollar amount and tracks the value of the portfolio?

I use Blockfolio an app that does exactly what you described.

http://www.blockfolio.com

Not sure if they support all altcoins but they support several. Never tried adding altcoins that were not already there so maybe there is a way to customize. It is worth checking out.

Edit: I just saw they have over 800 currencies so you should be all set.
