I buy Waves on Binance, and I think Bittrex has it as well. If you go to coinmarketcap, you can find all of the exchanges that support Waves. Just open an account with one of those exchanges to sell or trade your Waves.
I suggest that you choose one of the major exchanges to reduce your risk of losing your tokens.
You can trade Waves tokens in the decentralized exchange waves. I would recommend you to use their new DEX design because it is easier to use. You need at least a little bit of waves to cover the trading fees!

I guess if that was a part of the waves ecosystem and it should have listed on the waves decentralized exchange site. Can you tell what's the name of your token? What are your tokens that are created using waves platform, unfortunately, most of the tokens created using Waves platform are not or had a hard time getting into other big exchange, they can only be traded in Waves decentralized exchange which is not a popular exchange right now.

Waves wallet has a built in dex, which is a decentralized exchange for exchanging and trading waves based tokens, just seqrch your token their and then list it for sale at your desired price, the low volume in the waves dex is a problem and you may have to wait for a long time to actually sell your tokens.

First, you need to find an exchange that supports the waves coin. Like bittrex. Next, you will generate a deposit address from that exchange and send coins from your wallet to the deposit address. After that, you can trade it to whatever you want.
I highly recommend you trade it in for Ethereum though. Ethereum is a much better project than waves.
