I do not think there will be any issue at all. You can easily transfer coins from one exchange to another exchange. I have seen some exchange do not allow deposit from gambling sites but never seen any article about forbidding from exchanges.

Correct their have nothing issue for that OP transfer funds via exchange to another exchange, some exchange didn't allowed transfer coin came from the gambling site it's because maybe they protect their reputations but didn't understand some of them why didn't accepting coin came from gambling.

Transferring your asset isn't a problem as long as you're definitely having enough funds to took care of the processing fee. If you're having bitcoin balance in your wallet in bittrex, please make sure to secure kyc verification before you withdraw desired amount. Have your binance btc wallet ready so you're able to transfer your money.

Some Exchange have the direct transfer feature where you transfer tokens from one wallet to the other. Find out if your Exchange has the features and you'll be good to go. If it doesn't, then you will have to transfer bro a wallet and then from the wallet , transfer to Binance

I'm quite sure OP is referring to NEO which before the name change was called AntShares. OP probably hasn't had access to his account for a loooong time considering that he still refers to them like that.

I personally am not a fan of exchange to exchange transfers because when something goes wrong and the coins get sent back, they go back to the exchange's address they were sent from, and not your deposit address.

Best thing to do is to download a client such as Coinomi that supports plenty of altcoins-- send them to your Coinomi wallet from Bittrex, and from there to Binance. It's not even very time consuming.

What he meant is ANT coin or Aragon coin. Currently that coin listed on many exchanges, one from them is bittrex. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/aragon/#markets

But OP, you can't move your ANT coin to binance, because binance hasn't listed that coin on their site.

And last warning, don't you click wrong deposit address while you move your LTC

For LTC you can directly transfer it from bittrex to binance by simply copying your ltc wallet address from binance on your withdrawal input in bittrex.

If you already have a crypto on Bittrex that would be no problem if you transfer it to another exchange, just for example if you have Ethereum balance on Bittrex it will be quick to have a transaction with it to other platform exchange on which s Binance all you need to do is copy the Eth wallet address from Binance then paste it on Bittrex platform, then wait the confirmation very simple isn't?

Right you can transfer them without any issues.

Your Bittrex LTC wallet - > Binance LTC wallet. But just a tip, double check everything before you make the transfer so that you won't loss your precious LTC.

^ Yes you can, there's no issue I have heard regarding that matter. Once you click the LTC wallet from your exchange account like Binance it will automatically generate a wallet address and consider it is your own wallet since you have control of your account on the exchange.
Just make it sure that the format of LTC wallet address is the same address to transfer your LTC safe.

do you mean any coin? if so, then yes of course, every exchange has a wallet address for certain coin and you have a unique address provided by the site so you can transfer easily. However, the fee would be different, usually, exchange set a fix fee that is higher compared to the fees when using a wallet.

Just try to look on videos, like youtube videos, I'm sure there's a lot of tutorial out there.

You can transfer directly from wallet to wallet anywhere to anywhere, as long as you make sure the same currency is being used. For example if LTC/Litecoin, then yes, Bittrex LTC balance can be withdrawn to a binance LTC wallet. Just make sure you always use the same currency. and make sure wallet format is correct.
