Selected for signature campaign??
                       OR
Selected for micro tasks avaible on services thread??

All upper replies are enough to know about signature campaign.
For selection for small tasks you need to see that particular job is still running or got closed?
If open then ask op if your rank is eligble to participate. Then simply do that task and post your username btc adress etc etc watever op asked to mention and he will be telling you that you are paid.

You can go either to these two sections:
1. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=161.0 - Marketplace for Altcoins
2. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 - Marketplace for Bitcoin

If you have already post a application for a campaign, you have to wait till the Campaign Manager notifies you if you are accepted or not. So you have to check from time to time the campaign if the Manager has already accepting participants and there is a spreadsheet usually found in the first page of the campaign listing all accepted participants. If you don't see your name it means that you are not accepted maybe the campaign is already full or the Campaign Manager has rejected you for (1) your post is not good enough for him/her (2) inactivity on your part. So to get higher chance of getting into a campaign, you must improved your post and add comment that will contribute to the discussion of the subject. Goodluck to you and hope that you can join a signature campaign and start earning bitcoin.

Please go to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=161.0 where is all about campaign. Every campaign has own terms which set by its managers so if you want to know details about a campaign you should ask them.
Or you also post your profile with porfolio at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 to find a proper job.

Every signature campaign has its own rule, its own manager and it's also its own page on bitcointalk. There is nothing general about campaigns. The best you can do is ask from that campaign manager.
Managers usually makes spreadsheet which contains all user accepted for that campaign and if that campaign is open you can register and see your username on it.  But as I said it's not general for all campaigns.

please help me anybody how can I understand campaign is open and close

The only person who can answer this question for you is the Campaign Manager. Have you sent the Campaign Manager a personal message yet to ask them if they've made a decision on your application?

Please post your question on the thread for the campaign (and delete this one!)

If I understood you correctly, you're trying to join a signature campaign. The one you applied for does accept Newbies and they just started getting new applicants. However, it looks like you're having difficulties conversing in plain English, and I don't think they'd like such members.
