Newbies can't do that. Simply copy the url and paste it and the magic happens!
How to Upload Images
Create a New Entry. Give a Title, And Do not publish it, just save it in Draft Only. Next Upload the image / icon you want. Once in Upload, right click the image, and select Copy Link Location. As an example picture below. After that just paste in background image format: url ("Link Url Your Blog") or

I would recommend to use application called Gyazo. And afterwards you took picture with it you will get url code that can be put in to the [img. [/img]
How come the image I uploaded would just show as link?
