Next time you want to post any image, just right click the image -> Copy URL of the image. That’s the link you need to use (usually ending with .jpg or .png)

Maybe one of the following links can help you, besides being free and also simple without registration
1. http://tinypic.com/
2. https://postimages.org/
3. https://www.uploadhouse.com/
Remember, make sure you choose the code that starts with [IMG] ………………. [IMG] to be posted to your bitcointalk later.

1. Use the image code which other people stated.
2. Get the direct link of the image, you'll be able to know the direct link if it is showing the extension file (.jpg, .png, .gif) at the end of the URL.
Most people use imgur, but you can actually link any public URL(giphy, google images, etc.) as long as it is the direct URL of that image.

3. Use images below 2.5mb image size more than the will show an image proxy as the forum only allow that filesize. You can check it if you save the image, go to Properties>General>look for Size:
1.5 does really suck, 2.5 would be perfect
OK, I increased it to 2.5.

If yall haven't noticed, IggySe7ven actually posted a link to a photo/picture which is already HOSTED, img tags are not empty as you can see in the picture below:
You are wrong. He really didn’t. That’s BitcoinTalk’s image proxy link to his “image”, which isn’t actually there. Just try quoting his post and you will see. The img tags are empty; there is nothing between them.

I’m sure OP will understand what he did wrong when he sees this post. There is no need to 5 users posting the same thing over and over with different words. Wink

Most likely you are wondering you can upload photo here like Facebook post (IMO). Just for your information you can't upload any picture directly on the forum. You have to use image link. So if you don't have image link then simply you need to host your image on third party website. For example I am using Imgur.

So, go to https://imgur.com/upload and upload your image,

Then click on "get share link" like below picture,

Then copy BBCode (Forums), like below picture,

Now paste that link and post. You don't need to do anything more for upload image. Click new post on imgur if you want to upload more image.

@IggySe7ven You need to upload your images to image hosting(i.e:imgur.com, imgbb.com, tinypic.com) first before use

You don't necessarily need to use image hosting services to be able to post an image here on the forum.

All you have to do is use the correct image path (direct link) and make sure your image does not exceed the max allowed 2.5mb size, simple as that.

Try re-uploading it to the host or on a different host to see if it is solved, I am using imgur right now.
I think H/She doesn't know about the image hosting

I'm using https://imgbb.com, it's very simple just upload your images on there and copy the BBcode, then posting where do you want Wink

I think he hasn't copied the correct (direct) link, that's why he is getting an error.

OP, right click on the image and press "view image", copy the address and it should work.

I quoted your message to see what link you have but upon checking it seems like you didn't link any image to the proper area. Inserting the image should be like this (try quoting my post to see what I have done as an example).
Code:
[img][/img]

example: [img]https://i.imgur.com/QO3QyvP.jpg[/img]
Also if the problem still persists mainly the problems goes to either the image hosting site or there is something wrong with your link. Try re-uploading it to the host or on a different host to see if it is solved, I am using imgur right now.
