Fast answer: You don't.
Newbies can't post images. It's one of the limitations that's being applied to newbie accounts.
Once you've ranked up to junior member (you need 30 activity for that), you'll be abled to post images just as you've tried.
I'd suggest you to read the newbie readme[1], aswell as the FAQ[2] and other stickied threads in the Beginners & Help, aswell as the Meta section.

Do not understand, I push "insert image" button and there appears img code where I enter my image raw URL , but when I post the topic the image does not appear...
It only appears my image URL.
