what do you mean with load balance?
You can have CGMiner split your hashrate between multiple pools. I have 3 pools set up (Ozcoin, Bitminter, and Slush), and CGMiner sends 1/3 of the work to each pool.

Example: One of my remote rigs is running a lone BFL SC Single at 60GH/s. It sends ~20GH/s to each of the 3 pools, which is confirmed by each of the 3 pools websites. Each pool doesn't know how much I'm actually hashing at, and I get some redundancy in case a pool has bad luck, or goes down completely.

This setup has saved my butt a few times, like when Ozcoin went down for 12 hours, or when a CGMiner update stopped working with Bitminter.

always the student, never the master.
slush's pool works great with block erupters and cgminer... i use slush's pool and load balance with btcguild. i get about .01 btc a day in slush's pool and every 3 or 4 days with btcguild.

@Winterfrost, what do you mean with "exchange address"? Thanks.

Use an address you fully control. Not a webwallet I think he/she means.

Also I use the Bitminter client with my erupters and it works great.

Replace "stratum.btcguild.com:3333" with "stratum.hhtt.1209k.com:3333". Then replace the username with a bitcoin address that you own (I wouldn't use an exchange address). The password can be anything. Everything else is the same.

The same applies to any other Bitcoin pool. Just replace the URL and username/password as necessary.

Hi guys!  Cool

Today I'm mining on BTC Guild using USB erupters.

Why? It's easy. They have a nice support: https://www.btcguild.com/index.php?page=support§ion=blockerupter

But I found out they are reaching +51% of hash-power and it is really bad to the p2p network. So I decide to use http://hhtt.1209k.com/ Horrible Horrendous Terrible Tremendous Mining Pool

Is it possible to use my USB erupter on mining? Or any other but not BTC Guild?

And is it possible to mining alone?

If yes. How?

Thank you so much!!
