There are several ways to use bitcoin, the most common is how to use the BTC fund or bitcoin core application.  BTC or Bitcoin Core is a full bitcoin client and is built as the backbone of the network, which has been equipped with high security, privacy and stability.  And there are also people who can pay for their products with bitcoin.

Hello guys, I have a question, I work for a company that sells party products, this is our website: https://www.lichtgevendearmbandjes.nl and my question is this; how can I use/apply bitcoin to our website? also, please let me know if there are some advantages on using this payment method?

So, you have 2 ways to start accept bitcoins on your site:
1.  To settle accepting crypto payments by yourself (there are pleanty of services for it and most popular has been already named). This way is just for you if your business is not very big, you have some technical skills and you are not going to make a withdrow very often.
2. Reach out to the crypto-friendly PSP (like PaySpace). In this case all settlements are on the side of payment service. Besides, you can make withdrow in fiat very easy.

Some benefits from accepting bitcoins:
- No chargebacks.
- Low transaction fees.
- No licence required. (in case if you have regulated business is regulated by special local laws)

You should look for a Web Developer to do that, but if you can find a way to do this without code then certainly go for it. But if not, there are many users here that offers the Integration of Bitcoin payment method.

Considering the payment advantages yes its good and fast, reliable. But with the current market conditions the price significantly drop. But i suggest to also add anyways, it would be beneficial to you, the company and your customers considering also the stock market crashing.

You can use Go URl or coin base e-commerce wallet to get crypto currency payment. They will charge you around 1 or 2 percent on value.

Everyone has their own recommendation, for me is if you are not that knowledgable on using bitcoin to discuss to your unknowledgable  customers then you guys should start now to know it. you have also at least 1 staff that can manage the cryptocurrency payments so you guys can maintain the usage and those who are new to this type of transaction want to facilitate, you can help them quickly and they will not have any difficulty.

Most of them suggesting Bitpay the replies above. Yes, that is also a reliable third party that might use to have a bitcoin payment on your website. Or you can refer to this article and read it carefully, https://www.a2hosting.com/blog/accept-bitcoin-payments/.
The second option is why not you buy your own Bitcoin storage and directly accepted bitcoin address. Like Ledger Nano and Trezor. A hardware wallet is highly recommendable when it comes to storing bitcoin.

You can directly accept coins to your wallet. If you are using blockchain wallet, API is available for it and also plugins are available for most CMS websites.

What type of website do you have?
Do you use any billing software or CMS?

I will suggest Coingate in this case.

For now, however, it makes sense to consider accepting this currency for payments on your website, because there are a lot of people using it. Fortunately, there are plenty of methods that enable you to start accepting Bitcoin without too much fuss and continue with business as usual.

Here are three of our favorite methods that enable websites to accept Bitcoin payments:

1. Coinbase: An exchange that doubles as a payment processor.

2. Bitpay: This payment processor can handle subscriptions, donations, and even invoicing for Bitcoin payments.

3. Manual payments: Accepting payments manually cuts out the middleman, but can be a lot of work depending on your volume of business.

I recommend BTCPay with your own bitcoin node, it allows you to use Woocommerce and accept bitcoin directly into your hardware wallet with no third parties. Look up BitcoinSandwhich on Youtube for the best guides. The cost is minimal, under $25 a month for your own server to validate your own transactions fast, and it works with lightning, which is instant.

Your website is a WordPress script, you can add btc payment with this WordPress plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/blockonomics-bitcoin-payments.

Didn't really know that there is such kind of plugin in WordPress. Thanks for the heads up.
I also suggest Coinbase Commerce especially if you will have a shopify store or any e-commerce store. Just tried this and it's good so far.

I see that majority are suggesting to use BitPay, but I think it would be better to look for alternatives. BitPay started to ask KYC for people who are buying stuff online using this payment proccessor. I don't think that KYC is something what your customers would like.
Some alternatives which you can try is Coingate, Coinpayments.
You also can try BTCPayServer:
https://btcpayserver.org/
It's open source proccessor without any fees and KYC.

I did not checked your link but I am sure you are speaking about API payment link to the website. If anyone wants to know what is the best way to use the Bitcoin?
There are many websites and blogs here to explain it.
I believe it is not no more needed.

If you want to use bitcoin payments, like other methods too, you have to find payment gateway service provider and some users above me already stated some of them, it's easy job when we talk about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in overall, so I'll turn on your next question.
Advantage of using/adding this payment method is that the more payment methods are available, the more comfortable it is for customers and every payment method leads to a potential customer, maybe I don't have visa card but have union? Or even opposite. Maybe I have visa but hesitate to pay with it for some reason but oh, there is bitcoin which I was looking for.
I don't want to say that bitcoin will skyrocket your sales, maybe it won't benefit you and 1 month may pass without any bitcoin transaction but by adding it, you lose at least nothing.

Although I am against this option, I expect a high price fluctuation in the coming days, this fluctuation will lead to a decrease in price so it is better to use Bitpay[1] (BTC ---> fiat payment.) [Read them Terms of Service]
If you have some experience and don't want to use any third party (Zero fees/ LN support,) you can try btcpayserver.org check ----> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nr0UNbz3AoQ.

If you want to easily integrate the Bitcoin/Crypto payment in your website then I think Bitpay and Commerce.Coinbase is the way to go as their integration for your website is easy as having a plug in installed for it. They are also the ones who will handle the conversion of the Bitcoin payment into Fiat via bank deposits so the process is really automatic. The thing is the BTC to fiat option will be only limited to a select country and the option won't be available for everyone. Just check both of them out and see if it fits what you are looking for.

I just posted this on a different thread and I think it could help you out. Integrating Bitcoin payments is not as complicated as you think as even Bitpay or Coinbase Commerce gives you steps on how to apply it in your website after you have registered an account to them you can even check their tutorial online without even registering. Like what I have said above just check of if the payment service fits you and your website because their payment solutions might be different in your country.

If you have a team of devs to work with your own payment server then you can use btcpayserver.org, its the same with BitPay but with zero fees as it doesn't need any third-party app/company to be charged.

The most popular option would be BitPay --> https://bitpay.com/

Setting it up is quite easy. If it makes sense to offer bitcoin payments obviously depends on your product. Without having studied your business in detail, it seems you are offering LED-stuff etc. - I am not sure if your customer base will really consist of Bitcoin users but that is up to you.

Edit: Put some weed in the mix and I am pretty sure people will be glad paying with bitcoin. Cheesy Just kidding of course!  Cheesy
