First step is to download the current version of windows wallet v0.8.6.9

Now you'll download the last version of bootstratp to avoid being stucked at 704194 block. This last version is above the block 706000 so you won't have any problems:

Install the wallet as usual
Note: If you have already the right wallet installed, you can jump this step. Always remember to make a backup before doing these steps
Now you'll look for the esp2 folder in this following way: C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\esp
(AppData is a hidden folder so if you can't see it please follow this step: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/show-hidden-files-and-folders-in-windows-vista/)
Delete all the files in this folder EXCEPT wallet.dat, espers.config and espers-qt
Note: If you delete wallet.dat you'll lose your private key.
Extract the files content of bootstrap and copy the files to your Esp2 wallet folder to replace the files that you deleted.
Open the Espers.config with notepad and delete all the addnode lines and replace them by the following:

Now open your wallet and wait for sync, you should see your coins once the sync is done!
