At op the motherboard make and model please

also the exact cpu please.

Intel motherboards can do this.

The cpu/integrated gpu lets you do all Normal pc work other than mining or gaming.

The card can do gaming or mining.

But with out the make and model of the motherboard along with the model of the cpu I can't help you.

BTW some of those that answered here simply did not bother to read what you are asking.

OP does not want to mine with his integrated cpu/gpu

I do exactly this with an i3 10300t cpu and a 3060ti gpu

the setup whales at it.

Hello

I just started mining and i use ethereum as Coin and Phoenixminer as miner, windows as os

I saw when mining and working in my computer my hashrate is about 24 to 25 especially when using navigator the gpu is solicited so that lead me to think how can i use my integrated graphic card for os purpose 'i believe it's a intel hd xxx" and left my dedicated gtx 1060 to other purpose, mining or gaming, for now when my dedicated card is plugged then my integrated card is deactivated", a suggestion is to check manual how to use them both IF it's allowed where i did not find what i want.

is there a walktrough for that ? is it good idead to do this ?

Best Regards

You have a very old bios. If the motherboard does not allow the use of integrated graphics, then buy a cheap video card, such as GT 210 and connect a monitor to it. The other video card will only be used for mining. Perhaps this will add 0.2-0.9 MH to you.
The GT 210 video card costs about $ 10 in my country.

one word "dont" if youre expecting profit from IGPU, for learn to mine is doable but a bit different method compared dedicated gpu, and IGPU use ram memory which is not fast enough for mining

just for hobbies & fun it should be fine
I don't think that's what's happening here with OP, he or she wants to get display from igpu so that gpus for mining can reach accurate hashrate, I always lose 0.6mh when I use hdmi cable on my gtx1660 super for display

If the settings isn't available in the BIOS then it should be set to Auto, some motherboards just sucks, you can try upgrading the BIOS to the latest and mind you some BIOS menu are bit tricky, if you don't patiently look you won't see the igpu settings and it's there, I hope this isn't the case

It should work automatically if what you aim for us using the integer gpu for display, correct me if I'm wrong here mate, I'm using an Intel motherboard and the CPU is i5 second gen, it has integrated GPU called HD2000 and whenever I plug the display on the motherboard itself I get a display and I can mine with my other GPUS in motherboard too, so have you insert your hdmi cable into the motherboard not the gpu ?

Don't be sad, integrated GPUS sucks for mining, I have an AMD motherboard with R7 gpu onboard but it sucks so much for mining that I have to deactivate the card, discrete gpu is better, believe me and you are getting what others are getting on gtx1060 for mining Ethereum, roughly 24mh is good enough, forget the integrated gpu

Yes you can. open bios
*switch onboard vga enable
*enable gen2 pcie
*enable 4g decoding
*plug your monitor cable to motherboard
You can mine but you cant play games because onboard vga is very weak fro games
