I've moved some of my balance to SegWit Bech32 address. However, i couldn't find any services which accept SegWit for now. As far as i know, only ThePirateBay which accept SegWit Bech32.

but when i export private keys from segwit address, i can't import them to blockchain.info wallet

I'm not really sure, but maybe Blockchain.info just doesn't support SegWit addresses.
Try to import private keys to another different wallet.

But why the hell you published your wallet seeds? You have to keep it in private and never publish it.

invest trade and gamble wisely

Do not send anything to it now because you have published your seed (which is key to all addresses in that wallet and anybody can spend the funds from them)
Create new wallet and KEEP THE SEED PRIVATE (store is somewhere safe)

And yes, you can use segwit address to receive funds.
