I also notice that the OP is not exactly the newest member (Date Registered:   04 August 2019), and it is strange he is asking such a question, especially if it's someone who is about to write "Academic legal paper".
Interesting. I have checked his post history just now. OP seems to have some good knowledge on bitcoin and other cryptocurrency, I have seen some of his posts are decent to be honest. But how can a person with these knowledge is asking such a noob question?
I have checked his early days post, some posts have great quality although his English isn't much good.

Most of the newbie think that they will start a new thread and will get merit for that. If OP have enough basic knowledge about bitcoin and this forum, then this is the only option I see why he created this new thread. I can't think of any other reason.

If the OP is knowledgeable on crypto like what others have observed, maybe he/she is asking how his/her account here will be deleted?
I highly doubt that, since there's nothing he posted that could warrant a ban or something.
Like some have said, could be the bounty campaign he participated like 1 month ago.
Can be OP is new in bounties as he only tries it once, and focuses more in Legal topics of bitcoin. If he's referring in bounties maybe he don't really read the bounty rules and steps in joining campaigns since he seems not be on the list or sspreadsheet of the campaign he created a report. Once he read his thread he'll be aware to read rules and complete or explain more his question or this post.

RapTarX, there are two possibilities that we can consider in this case :

 - OP is really confused in the way the forum works.
 - The account changed owner, so the new owner is confused.

Whatever he meant, if he didn't get the answer to his question, further clarification was certainly welcome.

Hello member,
I am new member  in here. I don’t know about withdrawal system of it. Can you tell me something about withdrawal?
Maybe pertaining about bounties? I see you're joining some social media bounties. This forum will not pay you or no ways for withdrawal like exchanges, the one who should pay you is the bounty campaign you joined with. Make sure to read their rules and details about when you csn receive your rewards in your given wallet address BTC or ETH. They will pay you maybe their token once it is success in ICO or reach their goal. Just be updated when they will send your rewards.

Your question is really confusing. Just for clarification, this is a crypto forum and this is a academy for learn about bitcoin & other crypto-currency. This is not earning platform and this forum doesn't hold users fund. So there is no opportunity for withdrawals fund.

I am guessing that OP talking about bounty campaign since he had joined one. Hope you were use your ETH address, I am not sure since that campaign disabled submission form. So if you IEO listed on exchange and they paid you on your address then you can withdraw your token on listed exchange. Otherwise if you join btc campaign then you have to use your own btc address. That's the way how you may work and withdrawal your earnings.

Maybe OP is thinking about bounty in which he participated (based on his post history), and he is confused that the forum has something to do with how he will get what he earns. But the fact is that the forum has nothing to do with bounty & signature campaign payments, it depends on their owners or managers.

I am going to be writing an academic legal paper, also known as a law journal article here in the states, on the international legal implications of Bitcoin. I am doing this for my Int'l Telecommunications Law class (don't flame me on this, i know the topic could fall into numerous other categories, but doing it for this class is a marriage of convenience, and the prof is probably the most helpful of my available options), and plan on submitting it to several Tech. and Economic Law journals.

I guess you are talking about earning from here and get it into your wallet. To be honest, this place is not for earning bitcoin. It has its history, it's full of information about all bitcoin related stuff- technical, theoretical etc. This is a place for learning stuff about bitcoin. If you are here for earning only, I would recommend you to change your mind. Earning from this forum is just a bonus for us, but the main goal must be to learn about bitcoin and its history. Once you can gather some good knowledge, I believe you can get higher rank and earn some as a bonus.
Most people here join for the purpose of earning some extra money. Although I had the intention of learning about bitcoin, I had started with bounty here which turns into waste of my time. Then I focused on my goal- learning about bitcoin stuff. Before joining here, I used bitcoin for receiving some payment only but now it's a currency for me. I have learned a lot of stuff, well, I have earned too.
Therefore, you must not intend to earn here, it's a bonus. Use this forum as bitcoin school  Cheesy In return, you will get a lot of things, in fact, more than the earning which you are talking about.

May be you can not clarify you question. You should clear your question.

Anyway, there is no withdrawal system in this forum. So you no need to know about it.

Bounty campaign/ Signature campaign : If you join any bounty campaign then you need to submit the address according to the currency. And the manager will send the rewards to your address after finishing the bounty. You no need do anything except submitting correct address.

Withdraw from any exchange:  If you want to withdraw from any exchange then you need a account on that exchange....
I think you should search on YouTube  about exchange withdrawal system. Because by watching video you will be helped very much than here. Just search on yourtube by typing " How to make withdraw from X exchange"

You need to ask more clearly what you want. This is a forum, it doesn't hold money so there's nothing to withdraw.
Depending on the wallet you use and the coins in it, you may or may not be able to exchange into fiat and withdraw.
