Well yes, using DEX is not an easy task Cheesy

You can either try to sell all nCash on it (etherdelta or whatever), or transfer to a token exchange like Cryptagio, the only difference will be that DEX is not a safe thing, especially now, when lots of pKeys are being snatched using them.

Sending token to exchange from my either wallet is easy since you just need to copy-paste the address and put the proper wallet info to appropriate box, but some people are confused about some basic info they should learn about MEW wallet, here a video for you to know-- some are confused why their token are not appearing on the option: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkwTJgciQ0g

Thanks for this answer,
Was very useful.

Can i go to https://etherdelta.com & change some of 6000 ncash to ETH for transaction fee?
How can i do that?

Man, you really need to understand the basics of using Ethereum before even getting a wallet, otherwise you're never going to get a smooth journey. Your friend sent you this NCASH, why couldn't you just ask him to send you a tiny amount of Ether as well?

Anyway, the good news is you need something less than 0.0001 ETH, I constantly even just send tx with the min gas price for 0.0000021 and it still goes through within 20 hours.

You might as well get a dollar of ETH at least so you can continue to transact tokens.
This is what most people do failed out to read even just on the basics they do easily skip for doing some research but well its normal for complete newbies to miss out this one even on my first days on etherwallet i dont still have idea about whats gas but i do able to realize that this would be just like on Bitcoin itself which you would need satoshi or fee for a transaction to go through.

For now required gas on sending tokens into exchangers isnt really too big asking for a friend isnt a bad idea but dont forget about linkage of accounts on this forum. Grin

of course you can not send your token because myetherwallet requires a gas fee for the transaction. if you want to send the token you have to fill it in myetherwallet eth at least 0.003 eth or more much better, for transactions depending on how many tokens you want to send. so far i have no problem for myetherwallet. good luck to succeed.

You should have a little ETH in myetherwallet to charge the transaction. This cost depends on how you set the gas for the transaction. But I think it's very small, less than a dollar

If yes, How can i do that?

But you need to have ETH to transfer you ncash to etherdelta or binance so if you have bitcoin or other crypto currency in any exchanges trade them into the ethereum or you can shapeshit your bitcoins without going into any exchanges from blockchain wallet. The move that ethereum into MEW to continue your transaction.

Hi dear friends,
Yesterday i opened an account on https://www.myetherwallet.com and gave that wallet address to a friend and he paid me 6000 ncash.
Now i want to transfer this ncash to https://www.binance.com.
Here is what i did :
1-There is a button -Show All Tokens- on https://www.myetherwallet.com right corner.
2-I clicked on it.
3-After that i found NCASH from the drop down list & refresh it.
Now i can transfer NCASH.
4-I grabbed ncash address from https://www.binance.com Deposit.
Now i want transfer ncash from https://www.myetherwallet.com to https://www.binance.com.
But i got this ERROR :
Quote
Insufficient funds. The account you tried to send transaction from does not have enough funds. Required 2158978000000000 and got: 0.
I found this link for that error :
https://kb.myetherwallet.com/gas/error-insufficient-funds-message.html
What is that error mean?
Should i charge ETH in my wallat?
How many?
I don't want to charge my wallet again. What should i do?

Thanks

What I can make out of this situation is that, you need to have some ETH in your wallet to transfer any amount out of myetherwallet the reason for that is because you will need to pay for gas to ensure the transfer go through. Although, myetherwallet will ask for minimum of 0.015eth but you will need lesser than that to transfer. Just ask your friend to send some to you and that's it.

Yes, you need a small amount of Ethereum for paying the tx fee (gas). All those tokens are on Ethereum network and you have to pay the fees in Ethereum.
I had the same problem about one year ago, the link of that discussion is here, but I can tell that back then I've followed their advice and bought too much Ethereum for the transfer (the advice I've followed told me to use 0.01 ETH and 0.001 ETH was enough for my needs). However, the whole discussion is there.

Just as an extra. Beware at buying Ethereum, there may be minimum withdraw and when you send back for selling there may be also a minimum amount you can send or sell. Check all the numbers.
