A friend bought himself a 250 G solid state hard drive. There are a couple of companies that make 128 G flash drives. Two flash drives are way cheaper than one solid state hard drive.

How about a computer without a hard drive?

I just thought of an idea for a three-file way to run an Ubuntu ISO.

1. The ISO Itself.
2. An expandable, external persistence file.
3. A file that acts as the bootable gateway between the ISO and the external file.

However, is there such way to do this? Is there an existing way?
