Reporting any hash rate on any miner over a short period of time will always have large variance,
due to the fact that all nonces found are random.

Let it run for a few hours and then check the avg value.

272.324 GH/s reporting the pool.

Seems low, should be closer to 440.
There is a screen that shows the speed and the hash board and chip status.
More or less something like this:

Could also be that it's so slow that it's not giving shares to the pool on a regular basis so the pool is giving a bad hash rate.

Code:
GH/S(5m)1535.382 GH/S(15m)4976.036 GH/S(avg)25446.428

This is normal? I mean, It's ok?

That's your miner's hashrate but, weirdly, the average took 25446.428GH/s or around 25TH/s?

How about the reported hashrate on the pool dashboard?

Run it first for a while until it stabilizes let's see if the hashrate is still the same.

Thanks for your reply. In my s3 the cgminer is the version 4.6.1-1, but in the net I find cgminer 4.11.

Cgminer 4.11 was released in 2018 but Bitmain's last update firmware for S3 is 2014.
They are no longer releasing new firmware for this unit unless someone here on the forum has custom firmware.

I tried to search a bit and it seems Kano has a custom firmware for this check the old post below.

You can try to contact Kano he might be able to give you a custom firmware or a guide to update Cgminer.

If this is Antminer S3 no latest firmware from Bitmain contains the latest Cgminer.

Now, I see why you made a post from an old thread because you see S19 XP firmware under the S3 download page that you think is the latest firmware for this unit but it's not. Maybe Bitmain incorrectly put S19 XP firmware on the S3 download page.
