- They'll loose their private keys and passwords
- Their computer will have Malware
- They won't bother with paper wallets or paper wallets won't be kept safe (all money gone)
- They will fall for wallet scams which steal their keys
- They will fall for vanity products such as fancy wallets which just take their BTC
- Not be interested in Bitcoin and so not understand what it even is
- Send to the wrong address
- Use a poor wallet which anyone can hack
- Loose their email address to a hacker
So what's the plan for dealing with these issues once it gets to everyday people like cleaners and shelf-stackers etc?!
