Considering FTX having Solana Ecosystem, Coinbase NFT platform seems pretty promising. I have been in the NFT community for the last 3 years, I believe it is pretty likely that it will create a huge hype.
HOWEVER, always remember how Binance NFT program was a failure (my opinion).
BUT looking at the bright side: Coinbase already announced that they will be directly integrating the best collections in the ecosystem such as: CryptoPunks (gorgeous, gorgeous, brilliant genius, just love this project, wish I had one), Bored Apes and Artblocks (awesome generative art platform with brilliant creators and team)
I also wonder if Bitfinex will have a NFT integration, it would be a huge boost to the exchange, it was one of my favorites back in 2017-2018, but it would be pretty important for them to pick the chain for the sales (eth would be the optimal choice, since their own coins are not pretty cool) I didn't hear any spoilers on Bitfinex.

I think it would be just another sea for the existing fishes, this might not really increase the worth of the fishes. There already are many platforms with OpenSea leading in Ether based NFTs while Solanart leading in Solana based, Binance, and other major exchanges have come up with their marketplaces too, I don't think one with Coinbase would be too different only difference could be that people who are not a lot into crypto can get access to this area, but I doubt these people would be too interested in this space as this is quite misunderstood place so far, also with PFP style NFT in action it has become even more complex for common folks to understand.
Opensea still I guess. But there's also an NFT marketplace for Binance but I haven't visited its marketplace. As the usual, the first is the one that gets all the recognition and popularity.
I don't know if opensea is the first one but in the mind of the majority, it's the first one to lead the market of NFTs and being known in its own segment.

Any exchange sites have been creating their own NFT marketplace, it's not only coinbase but binance has been launched its own NFT marketplace. The best place for NFT marketplace is opensea. I don't even care how many exchange sites that launched their own marketplace but I think that opensea was the best one. The NFT marketplace that will be launched by coinbase will make NFT trend will become even more familiar with the coinbase users. We know that all of coinbase users are US customers and this will be giving great exposure to the NFT trend. more than 1 million users already registered and the launch of coinbase NFT market will become the most anticipate event by so many parties. and tell me which is the best marketplace for NFTs ?I like how exchange sites were giving very good positive reaction to the NFT trend. This trend will be massive as facebook announced that it will be also focusing on metaverse
This is going to supercharge the NFT access to so many more users. Brilliant move Coinbase.

Huge step improvement to NFT user experience. Single click NFT buys without Metamask, wallet transfers, ETH buys is definitely progress.
I think they have a significant influence on the crypto community. There are a lot of users of Coinbase that are going to be exposed to NFTs, and they are going to integrate it with their current system easily. Is it not out yet, right? I think it's better not to focus on this first and wait for its release. For sure, the market will be divided.

they have meta mask,coinbase,walletconecct and more many when you creat an account it will appear the options wallets
