Topic: How would a man send his daughters to the university without provision for them (Read 101 times)

Omo the way things dy go for Nigeria some parents don even dy tire to take responsibility fully for their daughters oo. And some parents don’t even try to responsibility at all. The way females are suffering now specially In this gen z generation, they force adulthood on themselves by taking up responsibility. That normally a parent should take. And this is one of the reasons we have high level of prostitution in our society. Am really disappointed by most of our parents oo. Because the girl child is a very important figure in the family and society at large. I just imagine the high level of carelessness of some parents.

Maybe the expense he spent while putting his daughter in the university was too much and that may be the reason why he did not buy any provision for her

Or maybe, he might be thinking of sending the money to her later so that she can buy the provision her self, because some girls don't like their parents buying provision for them

It has become a thing of challenge for Nigeria family to see their children enter university. Really some parents no kia because them dey take am proud between demselves say dem get children for university. But this daughter own na look somehow and I believe say na parents wey no dey send things as morality dey careless about within their daughter dey do for school because how you go send girl go school and you no go send her money and in fact sometimes na the girl go tell the parents not to worry about sending them money.

Parents wey dey live life anyhow no go send the children wellbeing, na the koko be that.

the mistake most parent make is that they are too focused on how to bring up their ego in the present of their friends at the detriment of their children well-being.

Their are countless numbers of student under this group who's parents just manage to buy Jamb  form for them, pay their first year school fees and allow them to struggle on their own without any serious support afterwards. This is the main course of the high rate of hookup girls and yahoo boys we have in our schools today because, how do you expect an unskilled teenage girl and boy that is still struggling with the sweet body that being a young adult comes with to balance academics and sourcing for finance for their upkeep?

While I was in my 100L, my roommates dad will only send him ten thousand naira as his upkeep for a whole month and to know that 10k won't even sort out feeding for a week not to talk of the so many bills we had to pay in our apartment plus the transport and so many other impromptu expenses we had to make and I guess he will be boasting in his workplace that he has a son that is studying engineering in a renowned school.
 And when the student joins bad gangs or go into fraudulent activity they are the ince to be blamed right?

Most people in higher institution are seriously depressed because of issues like this because the society have made dropping out of school to look so bad that no one wants to be called a school dropout and the lecturers are on their part making things too difficult for the student that is on his part financially handicapped and struggling to even sort his feeding out.

This is a sad reality we've all gone through and I just hope we've seen how it has affected us and we will be wise enough never to allow our children go through this same process again

   Back in the days of our parents, it was like a tradition to give birth to more than 4 kids, not having it in mind that they don’t have much resources to take of them. This might some times lead to a whole lot of hardship, because there is no regular source of income, which could also lead to some kids staying home and some going to school without enough resources or provisions for the child to feed on, and all the blames going to the father, which is right cause why would u give birth to so many kids without having enough money or resources to send them to school.
    In this hard economy a father or parents should plan well before bringing kids into this world to suffer, as a father it’s ur duty to ensure that your kids don’t ever have to beg or engage in acts that are not Godly in school, with the excuse that their family couldn’t provide, parents of this century should always make plans ahead for the future of their unborn kids.

Most parents in this our society right now are making mistakes that end up causing problems for them.been inform most of them are illiterates and have a wrong perspective about parent wood.give birth to children you can train.so life will be easy for you too.they have this mentality say my children go come take care of me,so make i born children like foul is wrong.we need to learyfrom our parents mistakes so we don't end up like them.

If u look at the level of prostitution in this our current generation and look into it deeply you will notice that 95% percent of them are  from poor family. Parents who have failed to plan and are trying all  they can to make sure their children don't end thesame way they ended.
I know it is very much important to be called a graduate but at the same time it is bitter when you finally get there but can't afford their fees and at last get dropped out.

Concerning this your topic saying how would a parent not buy provision for their children going for the university, there is a saying cut your coat according to your size. A parent who does not provide for a child going for the university what do you as the parent expect from that child manner to fall from above? No it won't work

I just thank God for Bitcoin cause it has been a helping hand for some young people looking for support financially to achieve their goal. My guy who gained admission so many times but had nothing to push for it at least now has started education in the university not even considering his family members for support.

Young people should not only wait for their parents in this technology, computer and internet generation make research there are alot to help yourself without looking at someone far as you are up to the age.

Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. Op this what the scripture said. The love of money is the root of all evil, the purpose of the man is not to train them but to push them into crime and exposure to evil, because there is no magic in this issue, the man have good plan for them to go school but on very wrong perspective, this the worst any man can do pushing your children into the world all in the name of giving them quality or standard if education in the detriment if their own live or high level of risk, the chance of surviving without engaging in anything that defile the body is 50,50 chance.

In as much as parents want the best for their children they should try to be sure that they can actually foot the bills of their children before sending them to school
Female children are more prone to a whole lot of dangers rising from peer groups, friends colleague n so on the truth is woman are easily carried away so they should be given that special treatment at all times. 

I don't know the relationship between our parents and education which they craves that compulsorily their kids must go to school and anyone who doesn't want to go to school happens to be the bad one amongst the others and these parents would just develop hatred upon the child without realizing there are other academics infrastructures that one could acquire knowledges Such as skills that could be equivalent or more potential certified than that of the educational (school) studies.
I had a related thread in Politics/Society board which talks about how "Parents enforces their kids to go through schools and studies what they (parents) wanted them to studies without Considering the passion for the kid is in other to be perfected with the passions on such field of studies".

Here, a man with 5 daughters took it upon himself that all his 5 daughters must go to the university  despites his financial staggering of inability to financially sponsor these girls to the university levels.
He has 2 who just clocked level 200 in a 4/5years course of studies, at this point, he doesn't even know about the welfares of these 2 daughters, he barely raises half of their school fees and the girls on their own struggles to make It up so that they don't become school dropouts.
Yet this man poses in the public that he has 2 daughters in the university and just of recent, he has embarked to send 2 of the girls to the university again when it hasn't been easy for him and the 2 already in school.

My concern is... Is it that this man just wanted to dispatch these children off from him side maybe as to reduce his responsibilities? Or is it that he expects these girls to be sex hawkers and obtain the money for their welfares and their school affairs? Meanwhile... The eldest is just 20 years old with 1 year gaps each
Because to my best of knowledge, female childs requires that more of guidance provisions so that they could be managed from being exposed to sexual corruptible manners.
What is really this man's thought of sending his daughters to the university without standing for their provider?
Becasue I know the risk of such exposure would be minimal if it was male childs in question.
