Either you sell your coins P2P here or at other P2P platforms and win some % but carry high risk to loose everything,
or you sell at a big exchange, transfer to your bankaccount and fund your pp from your bankaccount. No profit, no risk.

Sorry for awakening of the zombie. Has there been any reliable service established yet that does this operation?

I am thinking about exchanging directly to my paypal account which way would be the fafest and that has the least fees?
It all depends on what kind of exchanges you have available to you. Some exchanges that I have available have a multitude of different options for withdrawals, and Paypal is one of them. I can also ask for a cheque, a wire transfer, etc. and I can have it reliably within a week. Some of them have fees in one way or another, but most of the time it isn't terrible.
which exchange for example?

Well, if you have USDT you have to first exchange that to Bitcoin.

And then once you have bitcoin, it's easy.

Go onto paxful or localbitcoins and sell it there to a reputable member, make sure they pay in friends and family, but also make sure they have at least 1 year experience trading because if they have ever charged back it would have been within 180 days.
well and friends and family doesnt allow charge back?

Many here would love to buy your coins for paypal but please beware of chargebacks as they're a real issue during these trades.
What I'd suggest is to either choosing a reliable trader or take it the long way and either sell for safer FIAT transfers on Localbitcoins (ie cash) or load the coins on Kraken, purchase USD and cashout to your bank account.
That said there's plenty of ways for exchanging your coins, though I wouldn't suggest it... Bagholders could be rewarded in the next few quarters.
exactly why bagholders would get rewarded, also doesnt matter where i store my bitcoin what kind of reward would i get? BTC might increase its price?
