Is it really required to explain how a bounty campaign works? The poster is paid to make posts while wearing the signature and if required an avatar. The conditions of the marketing campaign are stated in the OP of the bounty campaign manager. If someone is not able to understand these very basics, then he should stay away and safe the bitcointalk community from reading his posts.
actually this is not necessary to explain again. because every bounty campaign has a rule that they apply to the thread
It is difficult to know whether he really does not understand or just want to open a thread that we can all see in the fill many shitposter in it

I think what OP is trying to say is that a lot of these terms and rules, and the way bounties work, seem apparent to us as veterans but can be confusing for newcomers, and in fact also confusing for experienced hands.

This is clear when you get a lot of bounty hunters joining programs and then finding out, to their surprise, that they are later disqualified or are not earning tokens to their expectations. There are a lot of resources that help introduce the concepts to newbies, the OP's post demonstrates a few, including AmaZix's which also publishes guidance on their bountiez.biz blog.

Don't dismiss newcomers so easily, we all started out without knowledge.
The culture of reading in this forum is less especially for newbie, they just want instant to get any profit. The goals of the OP is good and provide a general understanding. I don't dismiss newcomers so easily as whole, because some of them will try to understand what they will do before directly joining the project, but most of them will ignore any important understanding to join the project, this will be a mistake.

I have watched and seen most questions asked about bounty campaigns. How does it work, what are the opportunities and threats, how does one make out or spot a good bounty campaign and finally who can participate. These questions have been asked in different occasions by different people. To help answer some of these questions to the best of my knowledge, I would offer some perspective in that regard as brief as possible.
First, bounty is like an incentive offered by companies to individuals who are willing to do some form of tasks on social media platforms. This reward could be likened to trade by barter, in which case the company gives tokens in exchange for targeted social media advertisement. This way the company is able to reach hundreds of thousands of prospects or even millions of potential customers through social media (Facebook, twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), bitcointalk signature, content creation and so on. In return the bounty participants get paid for their work.
Secondly, bounty campaign comes with several opportunities and threats. One of the most prominent way to earn bitcoin without capital investment is by engaging in bounty programs. This could be so rewarding in some cases if one finds a good project and has a good ranking and huge social media presence. Conversely, more often than not , the rewards do not commensurate the time and effort. The reasons for this could be categorized as:
1. Low bounty cap by companies or bounty managers
2. No limit set for the maximum number of participants per campaign
3. Not so good projects that hardly get listed on exchanges or go 90x below ICO when listed
4. Participant fails to follow strict campaign rules
With that said, the risk/reward ratio is fairly manageable.
Furthermore, the important question remains, how does one find a good campaign? To answer this, I would recommend the following steps:
1. Do your research about the project like someone who is investing his lifesaving. Time they said is money, so you would need to do equal due diligence before participating
2. Join well known bounty managers such as bounty0x, Amazix, sylon, Bountyhive etc. They all have websites and telegram groups where one could watch out for good projects. ICOdrops also list bounty campaigns and they do a good background check before listing on their website.
3. Check the cap allocated to bounty campaign by the company and the breakdown into individual campaigns. The higher the bounty allocation cap, the merrier.
Lastly, about who can participate in different campaigns, each campaign has its unique requirements for hunters. You need to check the specific campaign for what applies and decide if it fits your taste.
Summarily, bounty brings different fulfillment to different people albeit some setbacks. If one treats the choice of a bounty the same way one treats the choice of investments, one would be happy doing a couple of campaigns with awesome rewards.
You have given a fair representation of what a bounty campaign is. The participation for content creation though will not be understood by a new person.

To undertake a content campaign also know as blog is where you add value to briefly summarize the content of either the website or the whitepaper or both on a cryptocurrency blogging site or your own website. It is a more technical aspect of the campaigns. You can do this either in writting or as a video.

You must be very articulate for you to sign up for the content creation aspect of the bounty campaign.

Rule of thumb: Quality trumps quantity, always.

Bounties shouldn't be explained to beginners, for the simple reason crypto-beginners most likely will not help your project, but rather make it look more spammy, both to humans and search engines.

We advocate big bounties for experienced players, and experienced players only.

One good guy can make your project fly. Ten bad guys can sink it.

Think about it.
