This just happened with me as well.

I deposited 11.72371116 ETH from my Bitstamp account to ETH deposit address in YObit at around 3 pm EST on 2/19/2018 but it didn't came through on YObit. I received a confirmation email from Bitstamp that it was transferred from their end but I did not see it come through in YObit.

Yobit apparently does not accept deposits through smart contracts.

Bitstamp apparently sends ETH through smart contracts, and that is leading to yobit not being able to credit your deposit automatically. Nothing you can do on forum, because yobit doesn't really look at bitcointalk anymore. Apparently sending a ticket through with russian will be more productive, I don't know if that's true.

They'll have to basically verify your transaction manually and credit it.

But yobit is a horrendous exchange that nobody should use anyways.

the Problem is not only the bagging of the customers to help with support but the "dice" there is maipulated in a very gifted way. Try it and find out. Ok lets tell: the chance is 48:100 so nearly 1:2. So thats ok, every one knows. but: when you got a Gain more than the half you have as invest there: you will loose instantly 12 to 15 dices. Thats really very seldom in statisitcs.. try it out youreself if you dont believe.. I was really silly and tried it 3 times!!! -> ok, im really stupid i know..
in my opinion: Yobit is a scam
and: if you have deposit there: its in danger because if the Authorities close this Location (and thy will!) the deposits are lost! thats it
thats all folks^^

I dont trust them either. Thats why i moved my ETH from there to my Wallet. I am glad i got my ETH back. I had to write them in russian via google translater. They dont respond to english support tickets.

2017-08-31 15:29:56 i sent 0.18284859 ETH to my Yobit wallet from Bitstamp. I never got my ETH. I contacted the support (2017-08-31 15:29:56) and a "mod" fom the Chat and the Yobit account on bitcointalk. I also  dont got a answer from them. Thats my Yobit ETH dep. adr. : 0x4b72676858558236d6e27519cdd07756377e263a

I can see on Etherscan  that they have moved my ETH to there Yobit wallet i guess. Yobit just gave me now (today i guess dont really know last 3 days for sure) another ETH address without telling me anything. Thats my new one with 0 ETH on it :
0xce88641984c513d3aef2dabb5e77960b5c47486e

I think they just took my ETH and scammed me. I dont know what to do i hope someone can give me some advice.

Best Regards

Well they have moved it to another address for sure, which indicates that they have indeed received the funds without any problems with the deposit. Why they are not crediting you is beyond me tbh, but they do this kind of thing all the time.

Their support is basically not going to respond to any tickets in less than a week's time unless it's about listing a new coin.

All you can do is wait, keep contacting support, and hope that they respond. At least it wasn't a huge amount, only around $60. This is why we warn people not to use yobit.

Thanks for taking a look at it !. I hope this issue will get solved soon. The only thing i can do right now is to wait for a response from them.

No problems.

Just a suggestion: Don't try to complain too much on yobit trollbox. Moderators are pretty anal there about any complaining and i've seen examples where people got their accounts banned from chatting(and i think there was one case where the entire account was banned). You never know what the mods are going to do, so avoid complaining on trollbox too much.

Stick to reaching them by a)support tickets b)twitter DM and comments c)PMs on this forum. Eventually, they will probably resolve your issue but i have no idea how long.

I cant write in the trollbox anyways since i my acc has 0 value on it. Thanks for your suggestions i will try to also contact them on twitter.

Does Yobit have a policy saying that addresses can't be reused? That sounds weird but if the address is theirs it's only them that can help you recover funds. Hopefully, and if your claims are true, they deliver and assist you.

At this moment YoBit ETH operational address used in my transaction (https://etherscan.io/address/0xf5bec430576ff1b82e44ddb5a1c93f6f9d0884f3) working, and have $540,673.58 (@ $301.66/ETH)

But AnarchyEvo's transaction YoBit ETH operational address (https://etherscan.io/address/0x24f21c22f0e641e2371f04a7bb8d713f89f53550) frosen, and have only $100.73 (@ $302.53/ETH). Last transaction made 10 hrs 19 mins ago.

YoBit change ETH operational address specially? For SCAM?

I think they did this to scam me. I dont think we will get shiet. Probably they also will do the same thing in your Yobit ETH wallet

I have problems with transfer from BitStamp to YoBit too.

But in my case YoBit frozen 6.59401591 ETH

Here is OUT transaction from my wallet:

https://etherscan.io/tx/0xa36e230d34ed0f15ac0d9d242e7ef90c5499703306ae55cd2c160b751189dc48

to YoBit operational ETH address: 0xf5bec430576ff1b82e44ddb5a1c93f6f9d0884f3

And i made screenshot of YoBit.net site with my ETH address 0xbf71102b263d460020fa4476021e15fa4288ce2f

At this moment i have only one answer from YoBit support:

"2017-09-09 10:16:28 from matveevka

Technically impossible."

But this is lie. Yes, YoBit SCAM now, till our wallets is empty.

Wait for their support to respond to you and see what they can do. Deposit addresses can change on exchanges once something has been received to them
You may want to move this to service discussion/scam accusations though?
