suggest some easy ways?
As far now the safest way to keep our bitcoin is in the hardware wallets but it is not available for free,so if you are looking to store more than one bitcoin than you can afford to buy a hardware wallet which cost about less than $100.
Or you can use electrum wallet one of the best wallet and it is available on android platform too,so you can install electrum on your desktop and move you bitcoins to there and now electrum offers segwit address too so you can have cheaper transaction fee.

A private key is what allows users to take bitcoins from a wallet or to send them to others, and it is what must be protected to keep a user’s bitcoins safe. Therefor, don't give your private key.

The safest way to keep bitcoin is using a hardware wallet. A ledger or trezor is recommended to use by others. Depends on how you will use your bitcoins, some people use blockchain.info wallet if you always use it in a transaction but if you are just holding it better keep it in a hardware wallet or paper wallet.
some idea .i suggest you please use to hardware wallet .so if you forget your wallet password and privet key.you can recover your wallet and your wallet  must safest .

For me i tend to use an specific bitcoin wallet because bitcoin is a digital money we need to be more careful in choicing particular wallet, if you have found a good wallet first you just need to find and dig more and legitimate information in that wallet for us to know what will happen.

To keep it safe always of course you should only know your password for protection.do not use your gadget with others for secure.most of all secure your private key back up this.take care your wallet always because once they know your private key anytime they can get your coins in your wallet so be careful to us.and choose carefully if what wallet would you use.Save it in offline app or print it in paper or save it in hard drive or save it in a CD ,lol.its up to you if what way you can aave it.

Cryptocurrencies are stored on the blockchain. Just like banks have account name & number, cryptocurrencies have addresses to their wallets on the blockchain. Each wallet has a public address and a private address. Public address is where you can receive token/altcoin at, while the private address is the key to access your wallet or to send token/altcoin.

Have a private wallet, anybody can make their own paper wallet that only you will get the private key to and you can encrypt it as well. Once you print out the paper wallet you can make as many backups as you want and keep them stored in many different safe locations.

The most important thing you should do to secure your wallet is to backup your private key, when you create a bitcoin wallet you automatically have public key and private key. As long as you have a private key you will not have to worry if your bitcoin purse provider site is down or inaccessible.

The method of safe storage depends on how you use your bitcoins. If you are a trader then you just have to keep coins on stock exchanges, and as you know this hiring is a safe place to store. The only thing that can be done is to differentiate the risk using several exchanges.

The safest way to keep your bitcoin safe is to store it in a wallet you have the private key to.I, for instance uses mycellium to store my bitcoin. Dont store them on exchanges sites.

Bitcoin is nothing but a private key that helps you to claim ownership on the Bitcoin units. It depends on you that how you are storing the private key. If you are holding it on the web then it's a web wallet, if you are writing it on a paper then it's a paper wallet and if you are storing it in any hardware then it's the hardware wallet so it's up to you that what suits you. However, storing/maintaining keys online is not recommended.
I appreciate this explanation. So, would you say that a ledger nano hardware wallet would be a safe way to store Bitcoin?

This way I get the safety that even if one exchange is hacked or runs away with investors money, all my investments do not disappear.
what if the situation like this: almost all or half of the exchanges exposed to attacks (hack)?
well, In addition, this is just a parable and market, not a comfortable place to lean for long
just keep it in the wallet and make a sure you are fully controlling especially its private key. the people above have given many examples

Most of the bitcoin users  here in forum including me, keep their coins in a hardware wallet. It is because it cannot be easily hacked unless you exposed or let anyone know your password. There are also some offline apps that could save your bitcoin,it is also convenient since you don't need internet to access your account or checked how much balance left in your account. Just always remember that you should keep your security code in a safe place and don't let your bitcoin stucked in any exchanges.

I will say the wallets with the private keys access are completely safe to store our bitcoins because it is impossible to hack the private key,but it is important how you store your private key, never store it in digital form it is better to store it in the offline drive or write down in the paper.

buy Ledger!that the safest way to store your bitcoin and any other altcoins
I usually keep my bitcoin on hard Trezos wallets. That's the best way to keep the bitcoin I know. When I want to use bitcoin to invest, I transfer bitcoin from Trezos wallet on the commercial site to invest. But keep in mind that you should keep your private key carefully so that it will not be stolen.

Using trezor as well, and a few offline laptops, encrypted usb devices with important info like private keys and accounts backed up.

I heard someone said to save bitcoin in an offline app, so people can not take it over the internet, but I do not think it's a problem to store bitcoins on apps that are always connected to the internet. Most importantly we do not tell our wallet passwords to others.
one of the purses I know to store bitcoin is at bitcoin.co.id I think it's safe to store bitcoin here.

There are no easy way to keep your electronic money or electronic wallet that keeps your bitcoin in an easy way. If you want to be secure, you need to have security measures that is very hard to access. Only you can access it and keep a backup of all those information you used before accessing your wallet.

I think the easy ways to safe your bitcoin is to keep your private key in a very very safe place that no one knows except the one that you can realy trust your money or put it in your diary. Also always double check the website that you are logging in your pasword and acount that was easy but best way too. Dont open some suspecios link or website.

If you can afford to buy hardware wallets much better but if not you can choose either you create paper wallet or online wallets. Keep your wallets private keys in a safe place that is waterproof, fireproof and weather proof. Avoid storing funds on exchanges as they might run with your funds away. Be vigilant on the internet full of prying eyes for situational awareness would help you out from danger.
Strongly agreed with you, it's better to spent some amount of your money just to buy safe wallet where your bitcoin is safe for storing than to lose everything.
As what he say hardware wallets are the safest way of storing your crypto currencies, just like Trezor and Ledger wallet it is like USB that you can store safe. Also online wallet is safe as long as you have your private key but we don't know if that online wallet will long last or run away after a year. If you used online wallet don't put all your eggs in a one basket. Grin Grin

Actually, it's not a safe way to keep money. Everything can happen with your exchanges and you lose your money. Only hardware wallets. They maybe will be a bit more expensive but ask yourself how much does your calmness cost

The best way to keep bitcoin would be on a cold wallet.
Cold wallet means a wallet that is based on an object that is not connected to the internet and will never be connected to the internet, it can be a paper wallet that physically can't be hacked( you can't connect a paper to the internet), or it can be stored on a flash drive, that you plugged in to an offline computer to generate the private key.
Or it can even be stored on an old PC that you don't use, just make sure that you remove the WiFI plug so it there won't be any chance that it will be connected to the internet at some point.

The people choice in this part is Trezor, a secure and easy way, but most of the trezor user have a huge amount of bitcoin on hand im sure. The price of that hardware wallet could be relatively high for new bitcoin holder with less than one coin on hand. But another way of securing is using your own computer, there are secure application wherein you could transfer your online wallet thru this offline wallet. It could be offline once you have transfer and disconnect it from the internet but if you will use that computer for surfing the net the security could be compromise.

The safest way to save my Bitcoin, is to use hardware wallets like Ledger and Trezor. With a hardware wallet, I will always need this hardware to access my Bitcoin, so it's safer. And I also have to give a physical approval to make transactions

A good way to not lose everything at once is to store coins in different wallets, better, of course, in local or hardware. And web wallets are used only for frequent transfers, because they are more convenient.

As long as you keep your Address from the access of anyone, your coin will be surely safe. Aside from my local wallet app, I'm also using hardware wallet. Personally, I am storing it in trezor, I feel secure holding on it than a software. I also make tore it in an exchange, though it is not safe this allows me to trade easily. There is no assurance but I always choose what is being used by the majority.

By using hardware wallet is good recomended, using a hardware wallet is good choose, safer than software wallet,  but remember nothing is safe, all have own risk I think using online/software wallet is not too bad, but you should follow the rules how to use it with safe, that's like make sure to keep your private key and your keystore, only you know it. And for using hardware please use trusted antivirus software to minimize virus attack to your computer which than can danger for your hardware wallet. Thank you
