Most likely satoshi's forum account has being disabled to prevent someone logging in and causing panic by saying something ridiculous and/or stupid.

Wasn't Satoshi's account disabled after the CosbyCoin incident?

Show middle finger to system and then destroy it!
Posting from Satoshi's forum account signed message with Satoshi's PGP key is best way to do it.

Most likely he will just sign a message (we already know his public key: https://bitcointalk.org/Satoshi_Nakamoto.asc )

I guess spending some coins from the first block should be enough proof.
These coins cannot be spent.

The first 50BTC block reward went to address 1A1zP1eP5QGefi2DMPTfTL5SLmv7DivfNa, though this reward can't be spent due to a quirk in the way that the genesis block is expressed in the code (this may have been intentional).

If someone claims to be Satoshi Nakamoto, what would constitute as proof?

-- post a message from Satoshi's account in this forum?
-- sign a message from the genesis block public key?
-- move around funds from several initial unspent outputs?
