This quote from its OP says people in the USA can only order the Anonymous Limited cards, not the Named cards which let you withdraw more money. It says the Anonymous Limited cards will work in all countries. I don't know what you mean by the ATM asking for an account type, but if you ask in the Bit-x debit card thread you will get an answer. I haven't tried the cards yet.

What do you pick in US/Canada to be able to get a withdrawal of cash out of the ATM, as in Do you use the checking, or credit or savings, or even the Other option
