If you have experience of that field, i mean if you know that how to do that work of selling the bitcoin, than no problem in it, but as i know it is a big work, you should registered you company, than people trust you, than i am also trust on you, And my best wishes with you.

Yes, experience in this business is very necessary. Without experience, you can lose the last savings. It is best to start in a country where bitcoins not prohibited.

For start up and idea you have, you will need money. Why don`t you try something on smaller scale, try to open thread here, and account on localbitcoin. You can join some exchange site and try there to trade with bitcoin, lend, buy, sell or what ever you wish.
For your idea, you will need a good team behind you, good script, good protection, and for all that you need money, that is a fact. And all that can`t guarantee you profit, so you will need good marketing. Take a look how much organizing signature campaign cost, and then calculate how much you will need to advertise your service. Longer the better, again we are back on beginning, you will need large sum of money.

You are just going to sell bitcoins online, why do you need a society for that?

If you are going to sell online why do you worry about country, what hope or some features do you have in mind to make people prefer to buy from you. Buying bitcoins online from any country happens within few minutes(market rate). So don't worry about country think about feature or offers to attract people to buy bitcoins from you.

Also, I'll be the unique person in the company.

What do you mean by unique

i think it is not such a difficult job to sell bitcoin, i think you can sell your bitcoin with in seconds in market price, you do not have to wait a lot, therefore when ever you feel the fiat money and you have some bitcoin to exchange you can do that with in seconds.

Well, it depends if you want to operate legally or not... Cheesy If you want to operate legally, the hurdles are very high in almost all countries. The worst choice is certainly the U.S., because it is full of control-freak politicians. So Europe or Asia will be a much better choice. I've read positive reports of the so-called "regulation" (read: restriction) landscape for the Isle of Man, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. At least these countries won't jail you for a lifetime if you check a wrong box on a 100+ page registration form... Wink

If you ask me, consider a different form of Bitcoin business, because exchanges are the most risky of all. In addition to the regulatory risk, you will be the prime target for hackers.

A Bitcoin business that sells virtual or physical goods is a much safer option. In my opinion the Bitcoin economy also needs more real (non-financial) businesses... especially from the primary sector.

I think it's going to be really difficult for your project to take off. There are already quite a few trusted options in that space, why would anyone try their luck with a brand new company, especially with all the scams going in on in the crypto world? A better choice, if you want to sell Bitcoin online, might be to just use Localbitcoins. You won't have to invest in creating your own platform, you would just need to take the time to build a solid reputation. Plenty of people make money trading on Localbitcoins. Anyways good luck!

You should make sure to set up your company in an area that has wealth and education...if you want to make money you gotta find the people with extra money to spend on bitcoin and the more they can buy the better. You also need people that are educated enough to be tech savvy and have genuine interest in bitcoin.
Yeah start a business where people are somewhat involved with BTC or be willing to run a campaign that will eventually educate the people to use BTC and go from there and this way it will be easier for your start up

I would suggest you to start with single pairs and single payment platform and then expand your service. You can start with btc to usd and then usd to btc initially (and if you can use paypal for buying btc and gain good reputation then you have good scope because of reversible transaction scam trend not much traders are giving such service). You can expand your service with alt coin pairs or even new payment options for buying and selling bitcoins.

What do you mean by "I`ll be the unique person in the company."?

You will be the only person,or you will hire more people?

Why do you need a company to sell btc online?

I don`t think that most of the localbitcoins sellers have their own companies.

With localbitcoins or paxful, almost every country people are having the options to buy or sell bitcoins at their convenient way.

With an online service, I like to suggest you to offer world wide services instead of targeting a specific country. That may help to have more businesses.

The prime challenge against selling bitcoin would be reversible payment methods, hope you have already aware of those.

Well even knowing that Europe has a bigger purchase power then Asia countries, they already are present at bitcoin and a big part of them will just ignore bitcoin. The Asian countries may find bitcoin a way to save their money, and be able to earn it besided buy and sell transactions, knowing its money or exchanged for any currencie that might be better to them, as they will get interested how to get bitcoin.

I think Asia is a good one to start with. As of now, the penetration rate is not much, and if you start today its good. But,you will need n more promotion to start with and it is tedious and maybe not financially rewarding at first.

It depends - if you want to have own office with own server with Bitcoins, then you must choose the country, where you live in. If you are going to rent office with server in another country, then Bitcoin safety is under question, plus just think - you will need frequent visit your office in another country, pay salaries, check that everything is ok etc. So may be the smartest solution would be to open office in your country, where you live in.  Wink
Yes i do agree with that they start open it in there country to be studied carefully to how it enhanced it. And then he just vertically open another country if  have become the successful stand out in their country. And do studied it first before do it and think twice for the better then decide if your decision is final.

I would suggest you not to get into it until you know everything and has enough experience, if you are asking about such small things then how come will you be able to manage all the things about a exchange? Opening an exchange is not like opening a faucet site where you just need the script and you are done, it has a lot of things to be done. Try to google it and you will know.

There are plenty markets for Bitcoin, especialy Asian countries, India. But I don't think that the only question here is what could be profitable markets but also how you can legaly solve papers about company registration, tax and everything else in your own country. Things could be tricky.

New projects and developments show that India can become the number one country in the world to use bitcoin. They create new possibilities for a billion people in the country. India surpassed the United States and became the second largest Internet market with 333 million users, behind only China, with its 721 million. Add to that inIndia second official language is English. So I think it is the great place for your project.

You don't really have to be in a specific country to have the best location for a Bitcoin exchange startup, however I would probably recommend something like Japan or China or whatever, where there is a lot of volume and a place where there are a lot of traders and people more open to the technology.

You have to understand, however, there a ton of exchanges in those places already so it might be hard to have a start up there.

The best place to make a startup exchange would be a country with the technological availability and money to get involved with bitcoin, where there aren't a ton of exchanges yet.

Agree. you can see to local section to know what other countries that have less exchanges, and see how many people use bitcoin there, just predict it by looking the threads and posts on local section.

To start selling bitcoin with anonymous payment gateways like perfect money, okpay, payeer may not ask for your registered company details but other will surely ask for it. To open bitcoin selling platform you need to have good team behind, good script as well as good experience in managing web projects.

Registering off-shore companies are quite hard so why don't you just register company in your own country if they allow bitcoin related transactions. Be quite careful about all the financial laws your government have before starting your business.
