You have not been able to spend much time here and you are wanting members as investors in your idea. It would be very difficult for anybody here to give you funds without an escrow if at all you would see any indicating interest in your services/offer.
I myself doubt the credibility and reliability of your offer as I see it too real and true to believe. You could present proof if you feel you can be able to get more but the truth is that nobody would give in to your offer here.

Well what you looking for in the forum can't be actualized and all what I think is good for you is to look for the person in offline around you. And if you are marketing gambling companies projects then this is another opportunity for you to market them here. You can talk to some of them and advertise their services here for more popularity. Well this is going to take sometimes to attract any possible clients, and if I must say, this is not the right way to make your offer or services, off course there are a lot of cryptocurrency casinos that will want to dive into the Korean gambling market because of the potential in that region, but looking for a representative or partnership requires some level of involvement such as technical knowledge or financial involvement and you seems not to mentioned any of that in this thread.
