Hi,
Somehow I can't log in to my account on cryptohashery.com anymore.
When I try to log in it says:
Unable to login: Account is locked. Please contact site support.
When I go to support it says:
This product comes 'as-is' without any warranty. Please check the Apache License, Version 2.0, for details.
And when I log in to a different account and go to support, fill in the form, it says this:
There was a problem sending your message. Please try again.
So what am I suppose to do now?
Is there any way to get this unlocked again?
For those who ask, I did not type my password wrong numerous times or even once.
Anyone who can help?
