a guy on telegram contacts me because he has a problem with 2FA
Isn't it supposed that when you have a problem with two-factor authentication, you can't even send money to your friend and not just withdraw money.

Those scammers are wasting their time, this trick is old and will only fool a beginner who believes everything, trying to scam a person with experience in cryptocurrencies with such fraud is pure stupidity.

There are now many bitcoin scams running on Telegram, I personally have blocked more than 500 scammers who contact you privately! but one thing is for sure! when they start contacting you scammers with profile photos of beautiful Chinese girls bitcoin starts to go up in price 😂😂 Dear Babo anyway, thanks for warning the forum in time, maybe you will limit the scams to some naive people
Wow, so many are trying to scam you with 500 scammers trying to scam you.  Grin

Telegram is a nest of scammers, if someone tries to cheat he will definitely send a message first without being asked and that is their classic way of pretending to have a problem with the fake exchange he made, oh unfortunately we all realize this because it is very clear suspect him.

I've only had that experience on Discord but I'm just ignoring because people who PM like first are trying to cheat.

oh yes, exactly I blocked 604 scammers and spammers who contact me without permission, with some I enjoyed trolling with them

I tried to do a fake blackmail, I told him I will write a post in your scam forum if you give me 0.1 btc I won't say anything
and they answered like this

We do not care about this. We have already a lot of users and we will not change our protections policy just because of you

LOL.

I am reminded of the reverse scam someone did on r/scams. To sum it up - iirc, dude pretended he didn't know USDT transfers needed ETH for gas fees and asked the scammer to send ETH for about 30 bucks or smth so he can transfer his fortune. Scammer bites and OP disappears lol.

But this probably worked mainly because we're only talking about beer money. In any case, I'd say it's always a good thing to waste a scammer's time and perhaps annoy them along the way hahah

Farewell, Leo. You will be missed!
Here is how you spot a scam:
A guy, girl, or transvestite contacts you on Telegram. That's it. Please follow me for more trading advice. Grin

Joking aside, 8 or 9/10 unsolicited PMs over Telegram are surely a scam in one way or the other. It's not worth anyone's time.
This fake deposit scam sadly still works. Please deposit 0.01 BTC as a fee to withdraw the 1 BTC we gave you, and from where we can't take fees ourselves.

Kind of similar to exchange, gambling site scams where a telegram user asks that he has some balance stuck and they will give you a good chunk of balance if you do things for them. Always try to ignore such messages, saves your time.

I still receive some telegram messages promoting some sites and how good their offers are and the high returns they can give me if I invest under a program. I always ignore such messages. They get all the Telegram UID's from some groups and start messaging them one by one either promoting some projects or some scam sites. There should be something like reporting these users on telegram.

a guy on telegram contacts me because he has a problem with 2FA
he explains the problem to me and since I sometimes recover wallets for poor newbies, I didn't ask myself the problem

but I was suspicious:
- who gives you 0.1 just to withdraw 1 btc, strange

I made an account on this site
- no email confirmation (umm suspicious)

register account, send user id and guy send me 1 bitcoin
at the time of picking up
- 0.01 btc fee requested to confirm account (VERY SUSPICIOUS)

I communicate this to the customer, who gets a little angry and asks me to send him the money back, when he sends it back he asks me for a fee of 0.01
I tell the guy that it seems very suspicious to me and that it seems to me a scam, he tells me I have taken the site and it is legit

then my doubts are confirmed, I mention it to the guy who starts to say, put the money (yeah) you put it, I told him, you just withdrew 1 btc
oh no I already spent it..
Sure, and I'm dumb

I look at the domain, registered in February 2023, now I have no doubts it's a scam
https://uk.godaddy.com/whois/results.aspx?domain=bitzad.com

i try to do some sell trade of 0.1 btc for usdt, duplicate orders, which exchange has these shitty bugs? it makes me laugh

take care
