According to SatoshiDICE_PR, at November 19, 2013, 02:46:36 AM, they are automatically sending the deposit back to 4000 account and it will take few days.
No luck so far.

I thought this is kind of an official gamble as it is linked in https://blockchain.info/
I am just worried that 'what if they decided to run off with all those deposit?'

It may not be a scam because it is a very good profit for them to keep the business, because it is linked(advertised) in blockchain, so people tend to trust SatoshiDICE over other gamble site. To run their business longer term, they would better refund for this time.
I just hope bitcoin price does not soar too much in the mean time, so they might not change their mind and run off.
